- Develop detailed scope of work - itemize in detail all aspects of the job to help secure accurate bids that can be compared "apples to apples."
Contractor Selection
- Contractor screening and selection - review of estimates, reference checks, make recommendations.
- Regular progress inspections and quality control
- Final Inspection, prepare accurate "Punchlist" at end of project (list of items to be corrected or completed.)
